3.2. Referral Program: Our platform includes a multi-level referral program. You may earn commissions based on the daily ROI generated by individuals you directly refer (Level 1) and individuals they refer (Level 2). The specific commission percentages (20% for Level 1, 10% for Level 2) are subject to change and are detailed on our platform.

3.3. Achievement Rewards: We offer a daily rewards program for users who meet certain team-building and total team business criteria. The eligibility requirements and reward amounts for each rank are specified on the Platform and are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Investment and Financial Terms

4.1. Investment Method: All investments must be made using USDT (Tether) on the TRC20 network. You are solely responsible for ensuring you send the correct asset on the correct network. Transactions sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network may result in the permanent loss of funds.

5. Withdrawal Policy

5.1. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for any withdrawal is $1.00 USD, or its equivalent in USDT.

5.2. ROI Withdrawals: You may request to withdraw your accumulated ROI earnings at any time, provided your balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount.

5.3. Principal Investment Withdrawal: You may request to withdraw your initial investment ("Principal") along with any accumulated ROI after a mandatory holding period of 15 calendar days from the date of your investment.

5.4. Effect of Principal Withdrawal: Upon the successful withdrawal of your Principal, your account will cease to generate daily ROI. Your account will be considered "inactive" for the purpose of personal ROI earnings. However, your account will remain active to receive referral commissions and achievement rewards, provided your team members remain active.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts for a single individual.
• Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, misrepresenting your team's business volume or using automated bots to manipulate the system.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TouchForex, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TouchForex is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
